Carla from TX: Was certainly a nice ride, and for a great cause -- proceeds went to the Lymphoma-Leukemia Society.

Jason from KY: The 2006 FLC2C beneftis the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society.  Al spent a great deal of time devising the route between Tarpon Springs and Daytona Beach.  Not a 4-laner in sight!  Just a lot of back roads through rural Florida with plenty of tree-lined strips of tar, some cows, and even some hills.  Impressive all the way around.

Jim and Louise from FL: The start-point was beautiful, and the gently rolling hills of Florida (yeah, we got hills, too) were, too.  I lost count of the turns, twisties, and other riding skill testers this ride had to offer (lotsa cows too).  I had a blast and so did my wife.  we hope the next one will be even better - we know it will!

Phil from FL: The ride itself - how can I explain it?  Only one word comes to mind:  AWESOME!  I am ready to do it again.  More turns, twists, back roads that are not on any maps and side roads than you can possibly imagine.  We saw orange groves, mangrove swamps, cattle ranches, southern mansions, tree canopy-draped roads, hills (yes, Florida has hills I found out), bridges, lakes, and more bicycles and motorcycles than you could shake a stick at.  If there is a C2C III next year, you can bet I will do it again.

Rob and Lisa from FL: Coast2Coast was awesome!   Big thanks to Al and all who helped put it together...it was truly an awesome ride!

George from AL: I never knew Florida had twisty back roads, but believe me, they were equivalent to any I have ridden.

DD and Fred from FL: It was a great route!!!  Al, that was alot of hard work and you nailed it!  Thanks for showing us more of Florida.

From Kitchener, Ontario: Just want to say thanks for organizing a great ride.  I've been in some out of the way places before, but not like you managed to scare up for that ride!  And the quality of people that attended was outstanding.

Chuck from FL: Al and volunteers, You done good...I would not believe the number of twisties in Florida.  Now if we could just import a few hills over 20 feet.  One of the people I was riding with commented that whoever laid out the route has been seriously lost several times...Thanx group for your hard work!!!
